We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase should you not be entirely satisfied with your goods. Exchanges/refunds will only be given providing the items have not been worn, washed or damaged and are returned in their original condition with tags attached. For refunds we will credit you for the payment you made, postage costs are not refundable (unless the goods are faulty). Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an incorrect address is provided postage costs will not be covered by Silvergrey. Silvergrey is not responsible for return packaging should they not reach us. Please retain your proof of postage.
We must be notified of your wish to exchange products or receive a refund, within 7 days of the purchase date (via email at firstname.lastname@example.org). Goods must be send and received by Silvergrey within 14 days of the purchase date please enclose the attached form in the parcel.
No definitely not. It is a range of fitness wear that has been designed to offer a little more give in the cut rather than being for instance tight fitting around the midriff. They will not turn a size 16 into a supermodel nor will they fit like a tent. They should however feel comfortable to the wearer and help mask the areas that ladies would prefer not to highlight.
No – we hope that everyone who enjoys our fit feels comfortable in our garments. As they say if the shoe fits then wear it! We are not designing for the teenage supermodels out there but instead for the normal shaped fitness enthusiasts of all ages. What we do hope is that older ladies give our garments a try for comfort and styling.
