While looking for new exercise routines to vary my workout from the same old same old, I came across the ‘Squat Jump’. This exercise works the glutes, hamstrings and calves as well as being perfect for any bursts of High Intensity Interval Training sessions. It tones fast.

Why not try this as a means of varying your routine. If you are trying to train at a high intensity level this will soon get you breathing hard and will accelerate your heart rate.
