Shaking the pregnancy weight
As a mum of two beautiful girls, I know all too well how difficult it is to shake the pregnancy weight and to get those stomach muscle tight again. I for one have found it difficult to get my stomach toned despite taking the weight back off.
There are many sites out there that provide a good source of guidance and exercise tips. This is one of my favourites sites and below are links to some of their tips.
These routines would also work well for those generally wanting to tone up, not just for those who have gone through pregnancy. A great way to get your summer beach body ready!
As with all exercise it is important to stay within your limits and not over do it. If in doubt see your GP before starting any routine.
