Well I seem to have re-found my love for pitta bread after they left my lunch box for no reason several years ago.
100g tinned tuna in water or brine
1 wholemeal pitta bread
½ small red onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
3 drops Tabasco
1 tbsp low fat cottage cheese
Mix the tuna, onion, tomato and Tabasco in a bowl until combined. Place the pitta bread in the microwave for a few seconds until it rises. Cut in to 2 pockets. Add the tuna mixture into the pitta pockets.
